If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information that was entered by the customer.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Good Vibes Buy, you will be held liable for the original shipping charges.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must follow up with the United States Postal Service. Good Vibes Buy is not responsible for package(s) that shows complete delivery.
All orders placed within the US, will be shipped via USPS.

Once your order is shipped, it usually takes 6-10 business days to arrive in your country. In some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. We do not have any means to calculate the duration.

LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES
Good Vibes Buy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered for an address entered on an order. Upon inquiry, Good Vibes Buy will confirm delivery to address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
