Refund Policy

No Refunds, Store Credit Only.

To submit a request for store credit, please email sales@GoodVibesbuy.com 

Request for store credit can be made within 5 days from the delivery date of your order. Requests that are submitted after 5 days from the delivery date will be denied. Returned merchandise must be in the original manufacturer packaging with all tags attached and no signs or smell of wear. Items that show any sign of wear will be denied and returned back to the customer, no exceptions! 

Please be sure to read the item description, as all items come just as described and pictured. If an order cancellation is necessary, a request must be approved before any order can be cancelled. 

- Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" are final sale, no exceptions!

- We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear.

- Shipping fees are not refundable.

 Claims for any damage must be made within 5 days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included.

- Good Vibes Buy diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.

 Shipping and handling are non refundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages.)
